I started my photography in January of 2025. I didn’t know much about photography but I continued to use my camera and go on hikes to find flowers and trees to photograph.

When I was curious about camera settings or what they do, I looked it up and it helped me understand so much about photography.

As I started to understand more about photography I wanted to expand my portfolio so I started shooting stars and the moon. After trying over and over I realized my camera wasn’t designed for star photography but it was designed for shooting the moon. The image above was one of my favorite that I had taken of the moon.

This is one of the successful star images I took but as you can see it isn’t perfectly in focus. This image took several attempts and I still couldn’t get a sharp image.
